Terms of service.

Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed on site, before we load anything, based on the actual volume, weight, and access.

You are free to decline the on-site price at no charge if it differs from your estimate.

We remove most household, furniture, appliance, yard, and commercial items. We cannot accept certain hazardous materials, including chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste.

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, ask us before your appointment.

You confirm that you own the items being removed or are authorized to have them removed, and that our crew has safe, legal access to the location.

We take care around your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept common payment methods.

Commercial accounts may be set up with agreed billing terms.

You can reschedule or cancel at any time. We simply ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
